Welcome to Douglass ISD! 

My name is Kevin Croft and I am the proud secondary principal for Douglass ISD. I am rooted in the belief that education is far more than academics; it is the cultivation of academic exploration, personal discipline, limitations, successes, strengths, and failures. Education is discovering who you are, what you can achieve, and who you want to become.

 As a campus leader, I am committed to developing the well-rounded student who excels within, and beyond, the classroom. This is accomplished through elevated  expectations, intentional instruction, but most importantly, strong foundational relationships.

 Douglass ISD is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where every student is challenged to grow, empowered to succeed and encouraged to lead.
